Entrance Test Notice for Admission to BAMS/ BHMS Courses
An MCQ type competitive test for admission to BAMS Courses in Rajiv Gandhi Govt. Post- Graduate Ayurvedic College, Paprola, Distt. Kangra, HP and BHMS Course in Solan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital Solan, HP will be held on 03-7-2011( Sunday) at Shimla (University Campus) and Dharamshala Examination Centres.
Eligibility conditions:
85% of the total 50 seats for BAMS Course will be filled up from amongst the Bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh. Two seats are reserved for Govt. of India Nominees ( i.e. for J&K State) and rests of the seats are open to be filled up on All India basis.
Educational Qualification for BAMS Course: The candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from H.P.Board of School Education or any Board /University established by law in India with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (40% marks in case of SC/ST/OBC) and must have passed English as an elective subject.
For BHMS Course The candidates, should have passed 10+2 from H.P.Board of School Education or from recognized board/University with Physics, Biology & Chemistry and English as Elective Subjects. The candidates desirous for BHMS Course have also to apply to the Principal, Solan Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Solan (Private) in Form number - 3 available in the prospectus so as to reach in the College by 05-08-2011.
